Our Seattle office opens this month with a team of 24, led by the project directors who delivered Harbor Civic Center. It is our first permanent office outside New York and Austin.
The office will run projects across Washington, Oregon and northern California, with a focus on civic, commercial and mixed-use buildings between 50,000 and 500,000 square feet.
Why Seattle
Harbor Civic Center showed us how much demand there is for a contractor that fixes scope, price and schedule before breaking ground. Since it opened, we have been asked to price more work in the Pacific Northwest than we could run from New York.

Every Seattle project follows the same fixed-scope, fixed-schedule process and weekly report as our New York work. Clients get one project director, one contract and one report every Friday, wherever the site is.
