Most of a project’s cost is decided before the first shovel. Pre-construction is where we turn an idea into a fixed scope, a line-item estimate and a schedule you can sign.
How it works
We start with the site, the brief and your budget. Our estimators, schedulers and engineers test the design against all three, then show you where the money and the time really go.
You can stop at the end of pre-construction with a complete estimate and schedule, or carry straight on into construction with the same team. Either way, the numbers are yours.
